We do not accept any responsibility in the arrival of your shipped items, if your items do not arrive you will need to contact our carrier Australia Post and quote your tracking number.

Our skin care is plant based which means we recommend you use the product within 6 months from the date received, exceeding this time frame is at your own risk.

We want our product to be as natural as possible and make new batches often, from time to time you may experience a delay on your shipping, as we want you to receive your skincare as fresh as possible. However we will endeavour to post your items within 48 business hours.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL , AFTER PAY, STRIPE as methods of payment, we do our best to use the most secure channels, however you agree to use/shop via this website at your own risk. We do not accept any responsibility for any financial loss, please contact your credit card/banking provider and advise them of your issue.

We are a small business our labelling is done at our manufacturers head quarters by hand.  At times labels/font may not be perfect due to our personal touch rather than machinery or high-tech devices, we will not provide replacements for this kind of discrepancy.

It is your responsibility to store Henry & Lexi skin care in a dry cool place we are not responsible for the deterioration/lesser effectiveness if you do not store correctly.

Henry & Lexi is not offering any of its product descriptions or content as advice, everybody’s skin varies and you agree to use at your own risk and are of a reasonable mind to make this decision. We are not responsible for any medical/financial damage or loss that may occur in using our products.

Henry & Lexi is not responsible for any third parties content or websites that may be linked to our website.

We will not compensate or reimburse any financial loss from using our website or third party websites you may view/visit while present on henryandlexi.com.au
